(IBM, Compact, Dell, Gateway, Tandy, Apple, or other proprietary computers will be classed as
unsupported)
Pricing is based on an hourly rate plus parts, or a flat rate , depending on model.
Items not found in the supported devices list will be priced at the unsupported rate.
Hourly Rate
$60 per Hr. with a $15 charge for each additional quarter Hr. or portion thereof.
Software
is priced separately.
Minimum Charge $75
$75 Evaluation fee for the first time. (1.25 Hr. at $60 Hr. rate.)
$60 Evaluation fee if unit can be found in the data base and not much has changed. (1Hr.)
Call if over $75
If the unit is not repaired in the 1.25Hr. time,
We will prepare an estimated repair cost quote.
If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, or proceeds but the estimated repair cost is exceeded, we offer the following options.
Pay the additional cost to complete the repair.
Pay the Evaluation fee and get the unit back UN-repaired.
Abandon the unit and NOT have to pay any fee.
Warranty
Six Monthes on parts and labor. This applies only to work done and parts used,
Whenever practical replacement will be from stock.
Warranty does NOT include software.
