Printer Pricing Policy

We will call with an estimate if the repair exceeds the Basic Repair cost.

The Basic Repair cost is based on a Unit Fee, plus a Cleaning and PM charge, plus the total of any Sub Assembly repair, replacement, or exchange costs.

Unit Fee - is the fee to determine what is defective or to prepare an estimated repair cost quote.

Preventive Maintenance means we replace parts that are likely to fail.
