Terminal Repair Rates

Terminal Pricing Policy - Most terminal repair rates are based on a Unit Fee plus the cost of sub assembly repair or exchange, plus Shipping Charges.

Unit fee - includes CRT alignment and adjustment, it does not include cosmetics, the cathode ray tube, or yoke.

Sub assemblies include; logic board, monitor board, power supply etc.

	Add $7.50 for return shipping and handling

Warranty - Flat Rate (mini contract) - With a "flat rate" repair, if anything fails in the assembly or Printed Circuit Board Assembly we serviced, even if we did not work on that part, we will repair or replace it free for Four Months from the date of the original repair. Some restrictions apply.

Warranty Restrictions - The Flat Rate mini contract only applies to assemblies for which a "Flat Rate" was quoted. We will pay for shipping back to the customer for the first 30 days

Damage caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, abuse, power surge, or damage caused by something being spilled into the device, is not covered by warranty.
